The Government does not possess the technical data package (TDP). The TDP is proprietary to the original manufacturer (Hutchinson Industries, Inc.). All interested sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by this agency. The authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition for this action is FAR 13.106(b)(1), "Soliciting from a single source". The 2017 North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 326211 - TIRE Manufacturing (except retreading), the size standard is 1,500 Employees and the product code is 2640 - Tire rebuilding & tire and tube repair materials.
