Description: The Bismarck-Mandan Metropolitan Planning Organization (MPO) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants to provide services to complete an evaluation and operational analysis of selected intersections in the cities of Bismarck and Mandan, ND. Analysis will lead to recommendations for optimal traffic control as well as guidance documents for each city to use in future staff-lead analysis efforts. This study will be in cooperation with the cities of Bismarck and Mandan, the North Dakota Department of Transportation (NDDOT), the Federal Highway Administrations (FHWA), and the Federal Transit Administration (FTA).
