The City of Roseville, is soliciting proposals for Professional Design Services for Phase 1 and Construction Support Services for Phase 2 of the Environmental Utilities Department’s - Utility Operations Center Project. Qualified individuals, firms, contractors, consultants or entities, that meet the requirements set forth in this Request for Proposals, and are capable of providing the services requested are encouraged to participate. The engineering firm or team selected for Phase 1 of this Project will be required to provide equipment, materials, and labor to complete all of the scope of Phase 1 and support services for Phase 2. Tasks for this proposal solicitation are further defined in Section 4.2 – Scope Tasks. Phase 1 of the Utility Operations Center Project will include the following: Conduct field investigations and data collection. Conduct analysis of supplies and demands for utilities. Conduct analysis of RRTO waste streams and projections for future. Prepare Basis of Design Report. Prepare CEQA document. Complete preliminary design of all facilities on the site. Complete final design of RRTO Facilities. Complete final design of site utilities; water, sewer, storm water, and electric. Develop performance specifications for RRTO equipment. Solicit and analyze equipment and installation quotes for RRTO equipment. Prepare construction plans and specifications for construction of the RRTO buildings. Prepare construction documents including a design assist Request for Proposals (RFP) and contract based on City templates. Act as Owners Representative assisting the City in the selection of contractor for the construction of Solid Waste facilities buildings. Manage/oversee the specialty supplier/contractor in the installation of RRTO equipment Provide Engineering Services During Construction and Construction Management services during construction of the RRTO (defined as Phase 2 of the project).
