RFB 5744 Project No. 24029 Lifecycle Curb & Gutter Replacement (IDIQ) FY 2024

Scope Scope of Work The Contractor shall provide construction services which include rehabilitation, replacement, and/or point repair of curb and gutter, including pavements, sidewalks, driveways, accessible ramps, and all related appurtenances. The project is an Indefinite Delivery-Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) construction contract to complete lifecycle curb and gutter replacement at various locations throughout the City. The work will be issued by the City in multiple indefinite quantity individual work orders called “Delivery Orders” that provide specific scope and requirements in accordance with the plans, specifications, and contract documents. This is a “not to exceed” contract and the City may only issue as many Delivery Orders as there is funding to cover. Each Delivery Order shall be treated as an individual contract and be completed within the stipulated substantial completion days in each DO document. The contract will have a duration of one year not to exceed $750,000.00, subject to satisfactory contractor performance. The City may, at its discretion, extend the contract
