Invitation to Bid Sealed Bid #20-37 Fire Sprinkler System for the Nash Farms Cultural Arts Building The intent of this invitation is to obtain competitive sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purchase and installation of a fire sprinkler system at the Nash Farms Cultural Arts Building located at 4361 Jonesboro Road, Hampton, Georgia. The Contractor shall furnish all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to fulfill the terms and conditions of this bid. Bidder must have previous experience in New Construction Fire Sprinkler System installation. There will be a mandatory pre-bid conference/site visit on February 27, 2020 at 10:00 AM at the Nash Farms Cultural Arts Building located at 4361 Jonesboro Road, Hampton, Georgia. A representative of the Company must attend the conference in its entirety to be considered eligible for contract award. Bids will be received by Henry County Board of Commissioners, Purchasing Department, 140 Henry Parkway, Room 209, McDonough, GA 30253 until 3:00 PM local time on March 18, 2020. Late bids will not be considered nor returned. Bids may not be withdrawn for sixty (60) days after the time and date set for closing, except as allowed by OCGA. Henry County reserves the right to reject any and all proposals and to waive any technicalities.
