Goods will be delivered to various locations throughout the City as defined by the purchase order / work order. Pumping Service: The awarded Vendor shall note the beginning and ending tank or meter reading for each site where pumping service is performed. Per gallon bid price shall include the cost to perform a full pump out (“dry” pump) of any Septic Tank, Lift Station, or Grease Trap and to haul and legally dispose of the fluids/sludge pumped from each site. Septic Tanks: Shall be pumped upon notification by the Utilities Director (or designee). The sites have septic tanks with the septic tanks ranging in size from 500 to 6,000 gallons. Lift Stations: Shall be pumped upon notification by the Utilities Director (or designee). There are over 200 lift stations located throughout the City. The depths of lift stations vary. Grease Traps: Shall be pumped and cleaned upon notification by Facilities Maintenance (or designee) or as scheduled by Facilities Maintenance (or designee).
