Cell 34: Waste Disposal Cell Construction at the Brady Road Resource Management Project Description :Full Title: Cell 34: Waste Disposal Cell Construction at the Brady Road Resource Management Facility D3. SCOPE OF WORK D3.1 The Work to be done under the Contract shall consist of the construction of a solid waste disposal cell (Cell 34), adjacent to and south of Cell 33, at the Brady Road Resource Management Facility. D3.2 The major components of the Work are as follows: (a) Project start up including mobilization to Site; (b) Development, implementation, and maintenance of a site specific SAFE Work Procedure; (c) Provision and maintenance of temporary facilities and controls; (d) Excavation of Cell 34 to base grades and hauling of excavated materials to on-Site stockpile areas; (e) Construction of compacted clay liner; (f) Supply and installation of geomembrane liner and geotextiles; (g) Supply and installation of leachate collection system piping and connection to existing leachate collection system; (h) Supply and installation of drainage blanket materials; (i) Plateau Area grading and installation of geogrid; (j) Site restoration; and (k) Demobilization and close
