WA-LITTLE PEND OREILLE NWR- The U.S. Fish and Wildlife Service, Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge, 1310 Bear Creek Road, Colville, WA 99114, has a requirement to manage habitat for migratory birds on the Little Pend Oreille National Wildlife Refuge (NWR) and its satellite units. One of the primary stressors on the habitat of the refuge is invasive plants. Control of noxious weeds is required by both state and federal laws. Control of weeds is identified as a priority management tool in the refuge¿s Comprehensive Conservation Plan (CCP) and Environmental Impact Statement. We are requesting Herbicide Supply and Application in accordance with the statement of
