OU - Lancaster Food Service Retail Provider

The Lancaster campus of Ohio University is soliciting proposals from qualified local, community-based Contractors to establish an in-house food service retail operation. The campus has a pre-existing space in a prime location for the right Contractor AND is included lease-free through the length of the agreement. Additionally, Ohio University-Lancaster will cover all utilities and internet/local phone during the term. Located on the bottom level of Brasee Hall, the University will grant the operator exclusive rights to the vacant restaurant/lounge and promises to work collaboratively on the success of the business. This proposal will cover all the sale of hot food, salad bar items, grab-n-go products, retail packaged items and catering as needed by the campus during the term of this contract. Excluded from this agreement are vending services. The University is not seeking any profits from the operation of the bistro nor expects to provide subsidies to operate the facility.
