dimters@stancounty.com Bids to Owner's Agent Description Scope of Services The County of Stanislaus (County) is issuing this Request for Proposals (RFP) seeking qualified and experienced organizations for the planning and project management of housing projects across the spectrum of housing needs, with a focus on the Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH) model for individuals with serious mental illness, disability, and other special populations. Other Details Over the last few years, the State of California has increased the available funding for housing projects to address homelessness, and the County needs additional project management capacity to take full advantage of these increased funding opportunities. Successful Proposers will identify all available funding opportunities for Stanislaus County and collaborate with County staff to develop housing project recommendations to meet local needs of priority populations based on best practice models and the availability of local resources and capabilities.
