Bids will be accepted to supply, mix, haul and dump plant mix oil material at maintenance facilities, roadways, or stockpiles as described in this bid. The contract period shall be from Notice to Proceed through completion date of June 29, 2018. Materials will be need from April 16th through June 29th.
