Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, INC, US Army Cadet Command, JROTC National Flight Academy 2024 Notice of Intent to Sole-Source: The Mission and Installation Contracting Command (MICC) -Fort Knox intends to award on a sole source basis a contract to Naval Aviation Museum Foundation, INC - 1750 Radford Boulevard, Pensacola, Florida, to support the USACC JROTC National Flight Academy 2024 program for meals, lodging, training, and facilities for 693 JROTC Cadets' tuition from 19 May 2024 to 28 June 2024. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE OFFERS and a solicitation will not be issued. Any response to this notice must show clear and convincing evidence that competition for this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written response is received by 26 March 2024, 11:00 A.M. Eastern Time (ET), the award will be made without further notice.
