The design team selected for this project shall have a demonstrated experience in fire station design, building renovation work, and adherence to project budgets and schedules. Other Details The A/E firm should include all necessary consultants to provide full services for all portions of the project. These are to include but are not limited to an initial building assessment with report of the six (6) fire stations, architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing engineering (including HVAC, fire alarm, and fire suppression systems) and cost estimating.
