The USPS OIG developed a robust website for the Inspector General (IG) community with Oversight.gov. The site started out as a central repository and resource for Office of Inspector General (OIG) agency reports. The current home page reflects this but since the site’s inception there have been many additions such as Whistleblower information, Open Recommendations, Disaster Recovery, and Investigative Press Releases. Additionally, the inclusion of non-federal entities including state, local and tribal Oversight offices. The home page and navigation currently do not reflect these additions. There is a desire to update the entire look, feel, and user experience of the site. The intent of this engagement is to facilitate customer usage and usability aligning the user experience with US Web Design Standards while enhancing and modernizing the aesthetic.The purpose of this RFI is to obtain information for consideration and potential use by the United States Postal Service (USPS) OIG for a fresh look to evaluate the purpose and vision for the site, redesign brand elements as well as a redesign of the home page and navigation of
