Railroad Book Depot - RFP

The City of Pittsburg is soliciting written proposals from qualified company(ies), non-profit(s) or individual(s) for the operation of the Railroad Book Depot. The Railroad Book Depot serves as a gathering point for avid readers of all ages, provides a variety of programs including book clubs, art and literacy programs, cultural events and author book signings. The proposer must either possess a current City business license or must have submitted a City business license application and fee prior to contract award. The Business License Application for professional service providers is available on the City website at Business License Division | City of Pittsburg (pittsburgca.gov) To be considered, an electronic version of the response to the RFP must be submitted to City of Pittsburg | Railroad Book Depot RFP Submission Siteby 4:00 PM on April 8, 2024. During the evaluation process, the City reserves the right, where it may serve the City’s best interest, to request additional

information or clarification from proposers, or to allow corrections of errors or omissions. The City reserves the right to reject any or all proposals submitted, to waive any non-material irregularities or information in any proposal, and to accept or reject any items or combination of items.
