Sources Sought- Lease Office Space in Region 3

The U.S. Government currently occupies office and related space in a building under a lease in Linthicum, Maryland that will be expiring on June 11, 2020.  The Government requires office and related space yielding 11,012 – 12,000 ANSI/BOMA.  The lease term requirement is for five (5) years.  The space must be available for occupancy by June 12, 2020. The delineated area is: Linthicum, MarylandOther applicable requirements include the following features:Secure Compartmented Information Facility (SCIF).Offered space must be capable of meeting the Government’s Fire and Life Safety and accessibility requirements.Fully serviced Lease required.The Government is considering alternative space if economically advantageous.  In making this determination, the Government will consider, among other things, the availability of alternate space that potentially can satisfy the Government’s requirements, as well as costs likely to be incurred through relocating, such as physical move costs,

replication of tenant improvements and telecommunications infrastructure, and non-productive agency downtime.Expressions of interest must be submitted to the above address by 11:59 PM EST on March 21,2020, and must include the following information:Building name and address and location of the available space within the buildingRentable square feet available, and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully servicedANSI/BOMA office area (ABOA) square feet to be offered, and expected rental rate per ABOA square foot, fully serviced.  Indicate whether the quoted rental rate includes an amount for tenant improvements and state the amount, if any.A floor plan in AutoCAD and PDF of the available space in the buildingDate of space availabilityBuilding ownership information to include, owner’s name, address, and a written statement from the owner that the offeror has legal authority to provide information on behalf of the owner’s property. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost.  Include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking.Energy efficiency and renewable energy features existing within the buildingList of building services providedName, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted.The Government’s decision regarding whether to relocate will be based, in part, on information received in response to this advertisement.
