NOTICE Request for Proposal (RFP) Snohomish County Human Services Department Long Term Care and Aging Snohomish County is soliciting responses from organizations to procure a service provider to deliver Home-Delivered Meals to older adults, age 60 and over, residing in Snohomish County. The Congregate Nutrition Services program provides nutritionally sound and satisfying meals at multiple locations in Snohomish County. In addition to the healthy meals, the program offers opportunities for socialization, information on healthy aging, and meaningful volunteer roles. Program Home-Delivered Meals The successful RFP candidate will contract for the amount of: $918,472 (no guarantee of funding) and the contract start date will be: January 1, 2022. Snohomish County Long Term Care and Aging developed the Request for Proposal (RFP) describing the schedule, scope of work, qualification requirements and instructions for completing the RFP. Copies of the RFP can be obtained starting Monday, August 2, 2021 by going to the Snohomish County Website at: https://www.snohomishcountywa.gov/1038/Request-for-Proposals-RFP or by e-mailing the SHS-SpecialProjects@co.snohomish.wa.us. A mandatory letter of Intent to apply for RFP must be submitted Monday, August 16, 2021, by 4:00 p.m. local time. Organizations not submitting a letter of intent by due date and time will forfeit their right to apply for RFP.
