assessed valuation and property transfer tax. Sales Tax and Property Tax are the City's two largest General Fund discretionary revenue sources. The General Fund is the City's main operating fund that is used to pay for City services. The objective of this service is to provide the City with information essential to effectively anticipate its revenue stream over the next few years in order to accurately assess the City's ability to maintain current service levels based on projected growth, preserve the City's long-term fiscal health, and identify financial trends, shortfalls, and issues so the City can proactively address them. The anticipated term of this contract will be for a period of one (1) year with an option to extend for two-one year options by mutual consent.
