NOTICE OF APPLICATION TO LEASE AIRPORT LAND: The State of Alaska, Department of Transportation and Public Facilities, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport (Airport), Lake Hood Seaplane Base proposes to extend Land Lease Agreement ADA-02258. 
LESSEE: Jack B. Barber, d/b/a: Alaska Air Taxi, LLC. 
AREA: Block 11, Lot 2A.  
LEASE TERM:  Ten (10) year extension effective July 1, 2017 and ending June 30, 2027.  
LAND RENTAL RATE: $0.12 per square foot per year. 
AUTHORIZED USES:   Operation of an air taxi service, aircraft maintenance and overhaul, seaplane launching, aircraft storage and tie-down, and sale of aviation fuel for aircraft under 12,500 gross weight or less only.This file is available for inspection during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, at the Lake Hood Seaplane Base Office, Ted Stevens Anchorage International Airport, located at 4451 Aircraft Drive, Ste.
