PROPOSAL TO AMEND A STATE AIRPORT LAND LEASE: The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to decrease the area of Lease ADA-50779, Lot 1, Block 100, for a total of approximately 14,566 square feet, at Gustavus Airport to expire August 1, 2025. Applicant: Bradley H Rider. Annual rent: $2,607.31. Authorized uses: Aeronautical – Aircraft and equipment storage in support of aeronautical use. Written comments must be received by 4:30 p.m., December 28, 2022, after which the Department will determine whether or not to amend the lease.
