Other Details The Contractor shall coordinate the installation of a prefabricated tower with WHP Training Towers TM. It is the bidder’s responsibility to ensure that the most current version of the solicitation, including any addenda, has been downloaded. Bids received without the applicable addenda will be rejected as incomplete. Submit one electronic copy of the proposal, pages P1-P12, and the electronic Line Items section, and bid bond as outlined in the Notes Section. All required forms and sections of the Bid must be submitted via PlanetBids. Bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic bid. The Bid Management System will not accept late bids and no exceptions shall be made. Bidders will receive an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that their bid was submitted successfully. The City will only receive those bids that were transmitted successfully.
