Johansen Construction Company (JCC) is requesting quotes from Subcontractors and Suppliers for the following project: Project Name: F Street SE non-motorized improvements Owner: City of Auburn Bid Date: 5/14/2020 Subcontractor/Supplier quotes are requested 24 hours prior to the posted bid date: 5/13/2020 Bids to be submitted to: estimating@johansencci.com or via fax at (360) 829-5473 Project Description: Construct approx 1,700 lf of roadway widening and reconstruction, storm drainage, sewer, and water main improvements including: Excavation of existing roadway pavement and subgrade; 1,500 lf of new asphalt concrete roadway pavement and subgrade; 250 lf of street grind and overlay; new cement concrete curb and gutter; driveway reconstruction; new sidewalks; water main construction and residential service replacement; sanitary sewer construction; utility underground construction; illumination and traffic improvements; 6,600 lf of new bicycle boulevard (striping and signing) improvements. Subcontractor/Supplier Opportunities Include (but are not limited to): clearing & grubbing, erosion control, HMA paving, planing, structural concrete, flatwork concrete, striping, landscaping, hauling, signage, Striping, electrical, traffic control, modular block wall, survey, fence installation. As well as the supply of precast concrete structures, pipe/utilities, aggregate, disposal, and ready mix concrete.
