Applicant: Bristol Bay Telephone Cooperative. Authorized uses: Non-Aeronautical – Operation and maintenance of a public telephone facility to serve King Salmon Airport and vicinity, including a telephone central exchange office, business office, vehicle storage and parking, and warehouse. Annual rent: $14,850.74 (82,965 sq ft x $0.179 = $14,850.74)This is an application filed under AS 02.15.090(c), which allows the Department to grant the proposed lease term extension without competition.
