Defense Travel System Reconciliation

The U.S. Army Contracting Command - Aberdeen Proving Ground, on behalf of Assistant Secretary of the Army (Financial Management and Comptroller) (ASA (FM&C)), intends to award a new sole source task order under the statutory authority permitting Other than Full and Open Competition 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(5), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, “Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements" Immersion Consulting LLC. The contractor shall provide services for the support of the Defense Travel System Central Billing Account (CBA) Reconciliation Tool and Process for a period of five (5) months.This notice of intent is not a request for proposals or quotations. Requests for copies of a solicitation in response to this notice will not be honored or acknowledged. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability with regard to this requirement via e-mail no later than 12:00 P.M. EST, 04 February 2020. All information submitted should support the offeror's capability to provide the services required, and shall be furnished at no cost or obligation to the Government.
