Since most of the site development work was completed in Phase I, site development for Phase II will include but not be limited to site clearing, grading and fill, a new sanitary sewer lift station, extension of utilities from Phase I, miscellaneous cutting and patching of asphalt paving, new fencing, and new landscaping around the building.
