The City of Eagle Pass (CITY) is seeking Competitive Sealed Proposals (CSP) from qualified vendors interested in Riskind Building Lease located at 364 Main St. Eagle Pass, TX 78852. The CITY seeks to select and potentially enter into contract with a qualified person or firm to lease space for the purposes of conducting retail/dining services. There are three commercial spaces available as outlined in this Request for Proposals (RFP). The award will be made based on the evaluation criteria as stated herein. The CITY is interested in a 35-year lease with an option to renew for 52 years. This RFP shall provide interested Proposers the information needed to prepare and submit CSP for consideration by the CITY. The CITY shall select the Offeror that submits the proposal that offers the best value for the governmental entity based on: (1) the selection criteria in this request for proposal and the weighted value for those criteria in this request for proposal; and (2) its ranking
