PROJECT DESCRIPTION SUMMARY Amador County Public Health Department (ACPHD) is requesting proposals from qualified consultants, contractors, respondents, or firms to develop the department’s Strategic Plan. The Strategic Plan will guide the department’s future direction to ensure that provided services are relevant to community health promotion and in alignment with local needs assessments. The plan will influence budgets, prioritization of efforts, and resource allocation. It is anticipated that one firm will be selected to perform all services related to the Public Health Strategic Plan in collaboration with ACPHD.
