Firms must acknowledge receipt of this addendum in their solicitation response. The listed items add to, modify, or otherwise alter the specifications and become part of the solicitation documents. Where a portion of the original specifications are added to, modified, or also altered, the portion not so affected shall remain. Firms may have the right to protest this addendum. Inquiries/ District Responses Before the solicitation inquiry deadline of April 17th, 2024, the District received inquiries regarding this solicitation. The District’s response to each question follows in bold font. 1. In the RFQ on page 9, the evaluation of Qualifications includes scoring criteria for conceptual

designs, however in the separate attachments provided via the link on page 2 of the RFQ, it gives a completely different evaluation form with substantially different scoring criteria that does not include Conceptual designs. Could you clarify which evaluation form we should refer to? Updated Scoring Criteria on the RFQ to match Attachment 3 – Draft Ranking Form: 1. Firm Location & Reputation = 5 points 2. Architect’s In-House Team = 10 points 3. Project Engineers & Consultants = 10 points 4. Stated Availability of Design Team = 5 points 5. K-12 School, Elementary School Experience = 15 points 6. Similar Project Experience = 10 points 7. Creativity & Insight = 5 points 8. Construction Budget, Schedule and Quality Control Measures = 5 points 9. Software, Software Experience, Clash Detection = 5 points 10. Awards / Recognition = 5 points 2 11. Client Referrals = 5 points 12. MBE / WBE Utilization = 5 points 13. Litigation with School District = 5 points 14. Other Merit = 5 points 15. Professional RFQ Response = 5 points Total Points = 100 2. A Prelim program was included in the separate attachments via the link on page 2 of the RFQ indicating the request for designs. Would you be able to clarify if we are to prepare conceptual designs to be submitted with our proposal? Conceptual designs will be presented as part of the interview process, and are not expected as part of the written qualification response.
