A more robust and consistent pipeline of Behavioral Health service providers is needed to increase the quality of, and access to care for individuals receiving Behavioral Health care in Washington State. HCA intends to award to multiple Bidders to establish a pool of pre-qualified Contractors in each category listed below, to provide as-needed Behavioral Health and Recovery Training and Support Services described in this RFQQ. The awarded Contractors will assist with stabilizing Behavioral Health Workforce capacity, along with bolstering the recruitment and retention of a more fully qualified professional Behavioral Health Workforce. These ongoing educational and professional development opportunities are critical during a time of extreme Behavioral Health Workforce shortages. Minimum Qualifications A. Licensed to do business in the state of Washington or provide a commitment that it will become licensed in Washington within 30 calendar days of being selected as the ASB. B. Bidders must have at least three (3) years’ experience in the Category(ies) they select in Exhibit C, Qualifications, Section 1, to any of the following: local, state, and federal governmental entities (e.g., cities, counties, and tribes) community stakeholders, Behavioral Health providers or peer support staff organizations across the state. C. Bidders must have three (3) years’ experience in providing the “Category(ies)” they select in Exhibit C, Qualifications, Section 1, to Diverse Staff and/or to Behavioral Health provider agencies.
