SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE“MARKET RESEARCH” N0003023R6307This is a SOURCES SOUGHT notice. This notice is NOT a Request for Proposal (RFP). No solicitation exists at this time. The Strategic Systems Programs (SSP) seeks a firm fixed price (FFP) level of effort (LOE) contract. The contract is required to be an 8a Alaska Native Corporation (ANC) with subject matter expertise regarding the requirement to provide training systems, and on-site maintenance of those training systems, to various continental U.S. sites to support the Strategic Weapon System (SWS) for the SSBN Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) mission and Attack Weapon System (AWS) for the SSGN mission. This proposed effort will also provide and maintain training systems to the Nuclear Weapons Security forces in support of the FBM mission. The applicable NAICS code for this requirement is 541330.PURPOSE OF NOTICE: The Sources Sought is being used as a Market Research tool to determine potential 8a ANC sources prior to determining the
method of acquisition and issuance of a possible RFP. The Government is not obligated and will not pay for any information received from potential sources as a result of this notice. We are only requesting capability statements from potential contractors at this time.Responders should indicate which portions of their response are proprietary and should mark them accordingly.  Failure to provide a response does not preclude participation in any possible future competitive RFP for which a business is eligible to participate in, if any is issued. It is the responsibility of the interested businesses to monitor the Government Point of Entry (SAM.Gov) website for additional information pertaining to any potential acquisition and provide security clearances, if necessary, to perform the statement of work (SOW).REQUIREMENT:The draft Statement of Work (SOW) attached to this SSN, describes the functions and responsibilities to be provided to the Strategic Systems Programs (SSP), Operations, Evaluation, and Training Branch (SP205) and the SP205 staff in execution of their responsibilities for ensuring that logistics engineering practices and disciplines are documented and followed in acquisition programs under SSP cognizanceThe attached draft SOW includes the extensive list of requirements.PERIOD OF PERFORMANCE: The current proposed period of performance is estimated to be one (1) base year plus three (3) one year option years.RESPONSE DEADLINE: Interested sources shall submit a capability package, by COB on 8 December 2022, (15 pages or less) containing: 1) company name and address, 2) company point of contact, 3) email address, 4) phone number, 5) specifics addressing the tasking listed above and the company's capability.
