ADA-07810 Proposal to Amend a State Airport Land Lease at Girdwood Airport

The Alaska Department of Transportation & Public Facilities proposes to amend the authorized uses of Lease ADA-07810, Lot 9B, Block 100, consisting of approximately 20,265 square feet, at the Girdwood Airport.  Applicant:  Ward Simonis. Annual rent: $2,958.69.  Authorized uses:  Aeronautical – Continued maintenance and operation of an aircraft hangar used for maintenance and repair of private and commercial aircraft (fixed wing and helicopters); aircraft tie-downs; fueling of Lessee’s aircraft only; and related vehicle parking.
