Simulation and VR training shall include: -- Tutorials for personnel to learn the basic functions, controls, and operation techniques required to precisely and safely lift loads. -- Full lift execution where personnel will work with signalpersons and tagline operators to complete lifts. Software shall include multiple loads, environments, and load chart circumstances to expose operators to a variety of job site challenges. -- National Commission for the Certification of Crane Operators (NCCCO) practice exam that will prepare personnel for the practical exam, or similar. //BREAK//- Software shall be a one-time purchase only without annual fees.
