The work includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, equipment and services necessary
for construction of a new secure parking lot, including: pavement removal, new storm
sewer, new intake, intake and manhole adjustments, new subbase, PCC pavement with
integral curbing, chain-link fencing and gates, topsoil, and seeding.
