Proponents must be able to meet or exceed all the requirements of this RFP for a purchaser-by-purchaser award, for the following categories: Surgical Instruments and Accessories Proponents must have the breadth of product to meet the commitment level in order to be in consideration for the committed portion of the award for the category.
