The proposal due date remains April 18, 2024, 2:00 PM EDT.UPDATE DATED MARCH 20, 2024: The proposal due date for this SIR is extended to April 18, 2024, 2:00 PM EDT due to internal delays in addressing vendor proposal questions. Vendors who may have submitted proposals before the posting of this amendment may resubmit their proposals before the new due date.
