DoN LAIRCM FY19-21 Production

Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) has a requirement to procure varying quantities of AN/AAQ-24(V)25 Department of Navy (DoN) Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasures (LAIRCM) hardware, engineering (hardware/software), program management, configuration management, test and other support as required. The hardware procurement includes the following:- Control Indicator Units (CIUs)- Control Indicator Unit Replacements (CIURs)- Signal Processors (SPs)- Infrared (IR) Missile Warning System (MWS) Sensors- Advanced Threat Warning (ATW) Sensors- Multi-Role Electro-Optical End-To-End Test Sets (MEONs)- Guardian Laser Transmitter Assemblies (GLTAs)- GLTA JPACS (shipping containers)- High Capacity Cards (HCCs)- Smart Connector Assemblies (SCAs)- Repeaters- Large Aircraft Infrared Countermeasure Signal Processor Replacement (LSPR) Batteries- Personal Computer Memory Cards, International Association (PCMCIAs)This effort is being solicited on a sole source basis under NAVAIR solicitation N0001918R0002 to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation, Mission Systems Sector, Land and Avionics C4ISR Division (NGSC), in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation 6.302-1.
