The City of Park Ridge is looking to hire a cleaning company for a 1-year commercial contract, with the potential for additional two 1-year extensions, to clean all of its 5 municipal buildings. Vendor must be rated Better Business Bureau "B or Better" with a State of IL "Good Standing" status. Also must send Certificate of Insurance and 3 Reference Contacts. Email Bruce Flowers the 4 pieces of information to bflowers@parkridge.us by June 7, 2018 to be considered.
