County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee QUOTATION PROCEDURE Quotation Opening: Wednesday April 3, 2024 @ 3:15 p.m. To comply with the NOTICE OF QUOTATIONS, the following Quotation Procedures and Specifications are to govern: All quotations must be submitted to the office of the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Department, 801 N. Sales Street, Merrill, WI 54452 by 3:00 p.m. Wednesday April 3, 2024 and will be publicly opened at the Forestry Department Office at 3:15 PM that day. Quotations must be sealed in separate envelopes, properly identified by giving the name and address of the supplier and marked “Rotary Cutter Quote”. Quotations will be prepared for consideration by the Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee at the April 8, 2024 meeting. All quotations must be entered and submitted on the specified form of proposal prepared by the Forestry, Land and Parks Department. Only quotations submitted on these forms will be considered for award purposes. The Quotation Procedure, Specifications and Bid Schedule shall constitute the quotation from each supplier. Suppliers may attach additional information to their proposals as they deem advisable and necessary for the benefit of the Committee in assembling comparative specifications. The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee reserves the right to consider all proposals for a period of not to exceed thirty (30) days from the date of opening. The Lincoln County Forestry, Land and Parks Committee reserves the right to reject any or all quotations or parts thereof and to waive any technicality in any quotation submitted and to make such awards as they deem most advantageous to Lincoln County.
