An RFP (Request for Proposal) will be issued for Fuel Handler’s Gloves; PGC: 03127; NSN: 8415-01-529-2612(s) made in accordance with specification GL-PD-07-06-C.The requirement will be issued as a 100% total small business set-aside. The resulting award will be firm fixed price IDIQ (Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity) type contract. The duration of the contract will be four years. The contract will consist of four tiers, one for each year of the contract with tiers 1, 2, 3, and 4 corresponding with the first, second, third, and fourth years of the contract respectively.Teir 1 will have a minimum quantity of 3,252 pairs and AEQ of 13,008 pairs. Tiers 2 through 4 will have a minimum quantity of zero pairs and AEQ of 13,008 pairs.The award will have a not to exceed contract total maximum quantity of 65,040 pairs for the life of the contract.
