Selection will be based on demonstrated expertise in providing support to the City of Seaside’s Public Works and Engineering Department and/or Community and Economic Development Department. The City intends to select up to four consultants. The term of the qualification is for a three-year period, with the option of two (2) one-year extensions through mutual consent between the City and the chosen Consultant. In addition, the City seeks firms with recent experience in developing environmental mitigation monitoring and reporting plans, as well as working with public and private agencies, and the general public.
