The Mobility Action Plan aims to compile citywide mobility needs and establish a prioritization approach that reflects the department's and city's values and goals. To achieve this, LADOT will work with a

consultant to compile transportation needs, review mobility goals, and develop a MIP Prioritization Framework. This framework will integrate existing metrics and provide a unified system to guide investment decisions.
