The City of San Antonio will utilize online bidding services via CivCast at https://www.civcastusa.com/bids for the 2021 Street Rehabilitation Task Order Contract Package 1 project. Online bidding services will open on Wednesday, July 29th and close on August 21 at 2:00 P.M. CST; please follow submittal instructions on CivCast. Scope: The Asphalt Overlay application will be used all around the City on the streets where maintenance is needed.
