The Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) and Defense Information Technology Contracting Organization (DITCO), in support of the Mobility Program Office and Innovation Office is seeking information from industry to assist with the planning, implementation, and sustainment of portable cellular communications infrastructure for the entire Department of Defense (DoD).
Anticipated Period of Performance: One 12-month base period plus three, 12-month optional periods with an anticipated start date in the first quarter of Fiscal Year 2019.
Places of Performance: Rapid deployment at multiple locations to include CONUS and OCONUS, with first intended implementation of a portable cellular connection in Korea.

The purpose of this amendment is as follows:
1. Clarify the Background section of the RFI to state that our first intended implementation of a portable cellular connection is in Korea, which is within the Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) area of responsibility (AOR).
2. Attach Response Form to be completed and submitted in response to this
