Town Hall Roof Replacement

NOTICE TO BID PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Warwick, will receive sealed bids at the Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, NY for the following: Proposals for replacement shingles of the Town Hall roof to be installed over existing one course roof approximately +/- 170 square. Proposal should include all flashing, sealing of joints, hips, valleys etc. Owens Corning TruDefinition Duration Shingles or equivalent must be used on the Warwick Town Hall Building. Specifications for the bids may be obtained at the Town Hall, 132 Kings Highway, Warwick, NY between the hours of 8:30 a.m. and 4:00 p.m., Monday through Friday or HERE. All sealed bids must be received by April 24, 2023 by 2:00 a.m. at which time these proposals will be publicly opened and read. All bidding shall be subject to the provisions of the General Municipal Law of the State of New York, as amended, and the Town Board reserves the right to accept a proposal which it considers to be in the best interest of the Town of Warwick.
