The scope of work includes asbestos and lead paint abatement, interior remodeling of 3,816 square feet of a one-story building to create new classrooms, gender neutral restroom, storage, mechanical room and replace mechanical equipment; replace lighting, building electrification, security/electrical/data improvements, flooring replacement, building shell and façade improvements including signage and building painting; exterior picnic table, storage unit, landscape improvements, planters and irrigation.
