The City of Mequon is an organization of roughly 120 FTEs, with additional paid-on-call, part-time, and seasonal staff.Career OpportunityThe full-time Human Resources Coordinator oversees the daily functions of the Human Resource (HR) Division including: facilitating recruitment processes, coordinating benefits, compliance reporting requirements, maintaining
databases, overseeing the City’s safety program, responding to general inquiries, and completing other special projects, as assigned. This position is responsible for consistent application of processes and procedures, and responsibilities are administrative in nature as well as project-oriented. This position is the first point of contact for most employees throughout the City organization.Please click here to view a job description to learn more about this great career opportunity.Requirements Associate degree or applicable certifications in Human Resources with a minimum of 1 year of experience. A Bachelor’s degree is preferred. Equivalent combinations of training and experience may contribute toward the mastery of the above.Benefits AvailableThis position has an hourly rate range is $19.55 - $26.45. Starting hourly rate: $19.55 - $24.00 +/- DOQ.
