RFQ - CITY HALL PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT

The City of East Orange is soliciting statements of qualifications and performance data from developers interested in the redevelopment of all or a portion of City Hall Plaza located at 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, NJ 07018. The Plaza is bounded by the East Orange train station to the south, Munn Avenue to the east, Arlington Avenue to the west, and New Street to the north. Proposals will be received, publicly opened, and read aloud by the Purchasing Agent in the City Hall, Council Chamber, on Wednesday, April 17, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. prevailing time. Detailed Request for Qualifications are on file at the Division of Procurement, City Hall, 1st floor, between the hours of 9:00 am – 4:00 pm., Monday through Friday or can be downloaded from the City of East Orange’s website: www.eastorange-nj.gov . If picked up on-site, there will be a non-refundable cost of $25.00 per RFQ packet to cover the cost of printing and administrative expenses. Checks are to be made payable to the CITY OF EAST ORANGE. Proposals must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the Name of the consultant and the Title – CITY HALL PLAZA REDEVELOPMENT on the outside and addressed to the PURCHASING AGENT, City of East Orange, City Hall, 44 City Hall Plaza, East Orange, NJ 07018.
