The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) intends to issue a sole source Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Delivery Order under Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA), contract number N00421-15-G-0002, to L-3 Communications West, 640 North 2200 West, Salt Lake City, UT 84116, for the procurement of various aircraft common data link (CDL) equipment along with security equipment and VORTEX Bypass Cards.The requirement(s) will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than Full and Open competition under Title 10 U.S.C 2304(c) (1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."  Unless stated herein, no additional information is available.  Requests for the same will be disregarded.  A determination by the Government not to compete this procurement is solely within the discretion of the Government.  This announcement does not constitute a solicitation and shall not be construed as a commitment by
