Fort Collins Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6.  The solicitation number is 1282FT20R0008.  This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued.  The proposed contract is set aside 100% for small business concerns.  The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 561730, size standard is $8 million.The Government intends to award a Firm-Fixed Price Contract for Grounds Maintenance and Snow Removal Services located at the Rocky Mountain Research Station, Fort Collins, CO.  The services includes the contractor to ensure that grounds maintenance is performed in a manner that will maintain healthy grass, trees, shrubs, plants and present a clean, neat and professional appearance at all times throughout the year and ensure all Snow/Ice removal is accomplished to ensure the safety of all individuals at the Logan Lab.  Please see
