Scope of Work: Provide all labor, equipment, materials, services and incidentals for Elevator and Escalator Maintenance and Repair Services at the Broward County's Port Everglades for the Broward County Port Everglades Department on an open-end contract basis. Goal Participation: This solicitation is open to the general marketplace. Bid Allowance Amounts: This solicitation includes pass-thru allowances. It is not necessary to add your allowance amounts into your bid prices. Periscope S2G will automatically add the allowance amounts indicated to your bid total and will be reflected on the final bid tabulation. Do not add the allowance amounts into your bid prices. Basis of Award: The basis of award shall be to the lowest, responsive, and responsible Vendor for total sum of all items. Refer to Special Instructions to Vendors for additional information. County/State License Requirements: In order to be considered a responsive and responsible Vendor for the scope of work set forth in this

solicitation, the Vendor must possess a specified license at the time of submittal (refer to Special Instructions to Vendors for requirements). Ownership Disclosure Broward County is collecting entity ownership information for Vendors. This is for informational purposes only and the data will be used for Broward County’s research on possible contracting opportunity disparities. The forms will be maintained separately from all other records of this solicitation and will be accessible only by authorized personnel. The information provided will not be used in determining whether the Vendor will receive a contract award. In accordance with Section 287.05701, Florida Statutes, the County may not request documentation or consider a vendor's social, political, or ideological interests when determining if the vendor is a responsible vendor or give preference to a vendor based on the vendor's social, political, or ideological interests.
